Biography
Research
I have been working at the interface of chemistry and biology and have developed skills ranging from Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Radiochemistry and Molecular Imaging. In Oct 2014, I returned to the ICT as Post-Doc to support the organic synthesis requirements across the Yorkshire Cancer Research Medicines Discovery programme. Precisely, I am participating in the:Development of duocarmycin synthetic derivatives as CYPs activated prodrugsDevelopment of small molecule polysialyltransferase inhibitors as potential anti-metastatic agentsAlso, I have a leading role in developing chemical imaging tools to probe biological systems.I have been working at the interface of chemistry and biology and have developed skills ranging from Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Radiochemistry and Molecular Imaging.
