Teaching timetables

Use this guide to find out how to access your teaching timetable.

Your teaching timetable will show the date, time and location of the lectures, seminars, and workshops you are due to attend this coming semester.

Accessing your teaching timetable 

Your programme or module timetable can be found in Publish.  

If you don't have your login details, select 'Guest' and 'Programme of study' or ‘Module’ from the drop-down menu.

To find your programme or module timetable:

  1. Select your Department from the drop-down list
  2. Tick your programme or module from the options (you can start typing in the search bar to find the programme/module)
  3. Select the correct Week Range

The site is available all year round and is kept up-to-date with the timetables ahead of each semester.

To find your individual timetable:

The current weeks timetable is available to view on the front page of the University portal.

Once you have completed your Welcome and ID check your full individual academic timetable is available to view via Publish and can be exported into your electronic calendar.

Please note if you have not chosen your optional modules in e-vision they will not show on your individual timetable. 

Timetables are subject to last-minute changes, please check regularly online; or, you can change your profile setting to have change notifications sent to your university email account. It is advised that you subscribe to this service.
