Sharmin Akter Shakila is a youth leader and development professional from Bangladesh. Her experience includes working as a market development specialist with renowned international organisations such as iDE, Swisscontact, EMK Center and BRAC, focusing on entrepreneurial and skills development, as well as fostering partnerships with both private and public sectors.

She participated in several international programs across Asia and one of her social initiatives earned a Global Championship from Facebook. She is also actively involved in her cross-national initiative, PathFinder, which aims to benefit K-12 students.

Sharmin pursued her education in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka. A passionate traveler and explorer in nature, Sharmin’s diverse accomplishments showcase her dedication to positive change and innovation.
