First check the IT Service Status information (in the right column), as the problem may have already been reported. If it hasn't:
This is the preferred method, as it means we can collect all the details we need initially via the forms and therefore a shorter resolution time is likely.
You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone ext. 3333 (or 01274 233333 from off campus). However, please note that reporting the problem in this way may mean a longer resolution time.
