What we do with your information

Information supplied via this survey will be used by the University for purposes of project evaluation, review and marketing. Data will be published, if at all, only in an aggregated and anonymised form. No personally identifiable data will be passed to any third party or organisation.   In addition to your opinion, some surveys may collect personal information about you such as your name and email address to be able to contact you for follow up if needed. 

The Insight Team will from time to time communicate with you by email, post and telephone for primary research to seek student (or stakeholder) opinions. There isn’t a requirement for you to take part in any research but participation assists the University in understanding University processes and the student journey. If you do not want to take part in any primary research please contact the University’s Data Protection Officer.  Surveys are circulated via Qualtrics (https://www.qualtrics.com/privacy-statement/).
